If you only want to send InMails to Open Profiles (What are Open Profiles) and you visit a LinkedIn profile, this message appears if the profile is not an Open Profile and the InMail would use your credits.
Since this is only available in Sales Navigator, LinkedIn redirects you to Sales Navigator.
